Breakfast (Diet day 1)


Breakfast consisted of... Jasmine rice, red grapes, sliced banana, eggs- No cheese (Argh!!) homemade salsa (Tomato, onion and cilantro) and I'm cheating with the avocado but I gotta have it. I'm drinking it down with a glass of ice cold whole milk, it's been marinating in the freezer for about 15 mins :)
